Sorouh launches customized financial solutions for the Gate Towers
Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, today announced it will begin one-on-one consultations with customers regarding price reviews, revised payment schedules and other customized financial solutions for The Gate Towers. The customer initiative is a result of the company's ongoing strategy to respond to the market, support its customers and share construction cost savings on its flagship project located on Reem Island.
This initiative follows the success of the Investment Optimization Plan announced earlier this year for customers of alghadeer, the mixed-use community conveniently situated between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Sorouh's Sales & Customer Support Team will contact customers and investors who bought units in The Gate Towers to discuss the new scheme.
The company is also partnering with leading lenders and mortgage brokers to offer exclusive, tailor-made financial solutions at market-leading rates to help customers optimize their investments.
The Gate Towers, part of the Gate District, is located at the entrance to SHAMS Abu Dhabi, the area of Reem Island master-planned and developed by Sorouh Real Estate. The Gate District will offer a complete life-style experience including luxury high-rise residences, contemporary office environments, a unique shopping experience and world-class hotel accommodation.
This new scheme is not going to affect the delivery date. Construction work is on track with piling completed on Towers 1, 2 and 3 and more than 50 per cent completed on the Arc. The Towers have now been handed over to the main contractor.
