Sorouh Real Estate PJSC is one of the largest real estate developers in the Middle East. Based in the heart of Abu Dhabi with a reach that stretches across the UAE and the globe; our current mandate includes more than AED 70 billion (USD$ 19 billion) worth of projects under development.
We were established in June 2005 with capital of AED 2.5 billion (USD$ 680.6 million), and have since established ourselves as one of the largest companies in the property sector on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
Our developments include many of the UAE's most high profile and innovative landmarks: Golf Gardens, SHAMS Abu Dhabi, The Gate District and Towers on Reem Island, alghadeer , Saraya and Lulu Island.
